Product Description
1. Frame Materials: The screen series features 30mm-thick panels in BMW Gray, with aluminum material at least 1.2mm thick and containing over 93% aluminum. The frames undergo a high-temperature baking process after being coated with spray-applied, heat-cured paint. (The aluminum ingots are first shaped using pre-designed molds, followed by acid cleaning, application of the BMW Gray paint, and finally baked under high heat.)
2. Substrate: E0-grade high-density board, with formaldehyde content ≤1.0 mg/L, density ≥760 kg/m³, flexural strength ≥51.2 MPa, and water absorption swelling rate ≤8.1%.
3. Countertop: Features an imported melamine-impregnated decorative paper with double-sided finishing, using E0-grade particleboard as the core material, and measuring 25mm in thickness.
4. Edge Sealing: Features 2mm seamless, same-color PVC edge banding with heat-melt adhesive—no warping and a smooth, pleasant-to-the-touch finish.
5. Hardware: Utilizes high-quality imported hardware components;
6. Key Features: Available in a variety of styles, offering both sound absorption and soundproofing effects, with standard cable management functionality.
