Product Description
1. Face Material: Utilizes imported-brand melamine decorative panels, which must comply with the requirements of GB/T 15102-2006 Standard for Impregnated Decorative Paper-Faced Man-Made Boards. Specifically, formaldehyde emission levels must be ≤0.05 mg/m³.
2. Base Material: Made from high-quality, eco-friendly E0-grade particleboard with formaldehyde emission levels ≤ 0.124 mg/m³. It meets environmental standards and has undergone chemical treatments for pest resistance and anti-corrosion protection.
3. Edge Banding: Utilizing a 45° mitered edge-cutting process, combined with a fully automatic edge-banding machine that matches the color of the board. The edge banding is at least 2.0mm thick, seamlessly applied, and boasts uniform color consistency. It offers excellent weather resistance, ensuring it remains unaffected by local temperature and humidity fluctuations—guaranteeing long-term stability without warping or cracking. Additionally, it provides superior resistance to stains, abrasion, impacts, water, and insects, thereby maintaining high-quality edge-banding and significantly extending the product’s lifespan.
4. Adhesive: We use high-quality, domestically-produced hot-melt adhesive from reputable brands, renowned for their exceptional performance. This ensures strong bonding and durable edge sealing, capable of withstanding both extreme cold and intense heat. Moreover, the adhesive contains levels of harmful substances that are far below the stringent industry standards.
5. Hardware Components: Utilizing hardware connectors from well-known domestic brands, these components are completely resistant to rust and corrosion, ensuring a snug and secure assembly. All hardware accessories undergo anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatments.
